Welcome to the second week of February! While love is in the air and we’re all beginning to 
dream of warmer days, the cards have a slightly more introspective message for us this week.

This card often represents those "3:00 AM" thoughts, the worries, stresses, and fears that we try to ignore during the busy daylight hours, only to have them come flooding back the moment things get quiet.
When we feel overwhelmed, it’s human nature to seek an escape. Sometimes that manifests as distraction, but it can also lead to unhealthy habits or cycles of avoidance as we search for a way to numb the burden.
The Nine of Swords isn't a "scary" card; it’s a wake-up call. It asks you to stop running and start confronting your fears in a tangible way. To move forward, try these steps:
